禽蛋产品检测和分级机械化技术研究现状

摘    要:我国鲜禽蛋产品消费总量极大,随着人们对食品卫生的重视,禽蛋上市前的处理工艺要求越来越严格,其中鲜禽蛋品质检测和分级是涉及食品卫生的重要工序,禽蛋品质检测和分级机械化技术水平影响禽蛋产品质量安全及批次生产能力。浅析了鲜禽蛋产品检测分级机械化技术发展进程、现阶段技术水平及存在的问题,为禽蛋产品检测和分级机械化技术的推广应用提供技术参考。

Research Status of Testing and Grading Mechanization Technology of Poultry Egg
Abstract:China′s total consumption of fresh poultry egg products is huge.As people pay more attention to food hygiene,processing requirements for poultry eggs before they go on the market are becoming increasingly stringent.Quality testing and grading of fresh eggs is an important process involving food hygiene,quality testing of eggs and level of graded mechanization technology affects quality and safety of eggs and batch production capacity.Development process,current technical level and existing problems of classification mechanization technology for testing fresh poultry and egg products were briefly analyzed.It provides technical reference for testing of poultry egg products and popularization and application of graded mechanization technology.
