| 摘 要： | 为提高花生干燥的效率,采用单因素试验和正交试验,研究热风温度、热风风速和料层厚度对干燥效果的影响。通过试验确定的最佳工艺条件为:热风温度60℃、热风风速0.8 m/s、料层厚度1 cm。在此参数条件下,降水率达48.3%,RSD为0.51%。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the efficiency of peanut drying,single factor test and orthogonal test were used to study the effect of hot air temperature,hot wind speed and layer thickness on drying effect.The optimum process conditions determined by the test are:Hot air temperature 60℃,hot air wind speed 0.8 m/s,material thickness 1 cm.Under these parameters,the precipitation rate is 48.3%and the RSD is 0.51%. |
