| 摘 要： | 采用组织培养技术可以极大提高北美冬青的繁殖效率。炼苗移栽是组织培养的重要环节。针对北美冬青传统繁殖成活难的问题,总结一套北美冬青组培苗炼苗移栽及管理技术,以期为提高炼苗移栽成活率提供技术支持。

| Abstract: | The breeding efficiency of Ilex verticillata can be greatly improved by using tissue culture technique.The transplanting of cultured seedlings is an important part of tissue culture.A set of transplanting and management techniques for tissue cultured seedlings of Ilex verticillata were summarized,in order to improve the survival rate of transplanting of tissue cultured seedlings. |
