大中型拖拉机旋耕作业研究与思考

摘    要:以雷沃欧豹中型拖拉机和东方红大型拖拉机为例,分析拖拉机行走速度与旋耕作业质量的关系,拖拉机在一定的行走速度范围内才能保证作业质量。以豪丰旋耕机为例,分析旋耕机变速箱内部传动情况可知,通过改变变速箱齿轮配比,可以提高旋耕刀轴转速,从而提高旋耕作业效率,但效果不明显。提高旋耕作业效率最有效的方法是在不影响作业质量的基础上,尽量选配宽幅旋耕机。

Research and Thinking on Rotary Tillage Drived by Large and Medium Tractor
Abstract:Taking Lovol Oubao medium tractor and Dongfanghong large tractor as examples,relationship between tractor speed and rotary tillage quality was analyzed.Results showed that rotary tillage quality was ensured only tractor in a certain range of walking speed.Taking Haofeng rotary tiller as examples,internal transmission of gearbox for rotary tiller was analyzed.Results showed that rotation speed of rotary blade shaft could be increased,so as to improve efficiency of rotary tilling by changing gear ratio of gearbox.But the effect was not obvious.The most effective way to improve efficiency of rotary tillage was to select wide rotary tiller as far as possible on the basis of not affecting operation quality.
