摘    要:专业技能的培养是职业院校专业人才培养的重点。农产品质量安全检测技能人才的培养,应以农产品质量安全检测典型工作岗位的人才需求和工作过程为导向,厘清质检人才技能培养的目标要求,明确专业技能训练的内容,建立科学合理的考核评价体系,采取适应专业人才培养的培训模式以及行之有效的训练方法和措施,从而构建起一套完备的质检人才技能培养体系,才能强化学生专业核心技能的培养,有效提升专业技能人才培养质量,更好地满足行业、企业对农产品质检人才的需求。

Construction of Skill Training System for Quality and Safety Inspection of Agricultural Products
Abstract:Cultivation of professional skills is the focus of cultivation of professional talents in vocational colleges.Cultivation of skilled personnel of agricultural product quality and safety inspection should be guided by talent demand and working process of typical posts of agricultural product quality and safety inspection,clarify objectives and requirements of quality inspection personnel skills training,clarify content of professional skills training,establish a scientific and reasonable assessment and evaluation system,and adopt training mode and effective training methods suitable for professional personnel training,so as to build a complete set of quality inspection personnel skills training system.Only in this way,cultivation of students′ professional core skills could be strengthened,quality of professional skills training could be effectively improved,and needs of industry and enterprises for agricultural product quality inspection talents could be better met.
