摘    要:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定桃中多菌灵的残留量,并探讨了不同用药模式下多菌灵在桃中的残留动态和最终残留量.结果表明,多菌灵稀释1000倍用药残留动态方程为C=4.648e-0.153 t,半衰期4.54 d;稀释500倍用药残留量动态方程为C=7.079e-0.104 t,半衰期6.70 d.最终残留显示,果皮中多菌灵含量均高于果肉中的含量,未清洗果皮的多菌灵含量高于清洗果皮的含量.

Abstract:The residues of carbendazim in peach were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The residue dynamic equation of carbendazim diluted 1 000 fold was C=4.648e-0.152 6 t with half-life of 4.54.The residue dynamic equation of carbendazim diluted 500 fold was C=7.079e-0.103 5 t,with half-life of 6.70 d.The final residue of carbendazim in peel was higher than that in pulp,and the residue of carbendazim in the non-washed peach peel was higher than that in the washed peel.
