| Abstract: | This essay takes Yuqian town（Lin'an City，Zhejiang Province）for example．It illustrates limited factors in the first phase of country that trend toward cities and towns influenced by society vicissitudes，analyses theory background and points out in the process of country modernization and a growing trends cities and towns．Countries’ development should be under the guidance of the sustainable development strategy，and in addition we should enact and implement the regional socioeconomic development strategy which contains definite strategy aim，general demands，strategy stress and strategy principle to accomplish this process． |
