不同生育期干旱胁迫对马铃薯产量及品质的影响

摘    要:目的]研究不同生育时期干旱协迫对马铃薯产量及品质的影响,为综合评价马铃薯抗旱能力及马铃薯抗旱品种的选育提供理论依据。方法]选取生产上推广的冀张薯8号和夏波蒂2个马铃薯品种,在旱棚内分区栽培,测定不同时期干旱胁迫下马铃薯块茎指标、串薯比例和产量。结果]冀张薯8号在发棵期干旱协迫处理单株薯块数、匍匐茎数、成熟率及产量分别为3.80块、14.6条、26.03%及19608.72kg/hm2,夏波蒂分别为2.40块、7.32条、32.79%及13170.30kg/hm2,均为最低值。不同生育时期干旱协迫均增加马铃薯串薯比例,影响马铃薯的品质。生育期较长的品种冀张薯8号在薯块膨大期干旱协迫对其品质影响最大,单株串薯比为18.18%;而生育期较短的品种夏波蒂开花期则是关键的时期,单株串薯比为34.38%。结论]不同生态型马铃薯品种各生育时期干旱胁迫对产量和品质的影响不同,发棵期干旱协迫对马铃薯块茎形成、产量影响最大。不同生育时期干旱协迫均增加马铃薯串薯比例,影响马铃薯的品质,冀张薯8号薯块膨大期干旱协迫影响最大,而夏波蒂在开花期影响最大。土壤水分过于充足降低马铃薯产量及品质。

Effect of the Drought Stress in Different Growth Stages on Potato Yield and Quality

Abstract:Objective] The theoretical basis of the comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance and the breeding/selection of the potato variety with drought-resisting was provided through the research on the effect of the drought stress in different growth stages on potato yield and quality.Method] The tuber index,proportion and yield of the potato variety Jizhangshu No.8 and Shepody,which was extensively planted in production and planted inside different shed-houses under the condition of drought stress,were measured.Results] The number of dry tuber per plant,stolon,maturation rate and yield of Jizhangshu No.8 were 3.80,14.6,26.03% and 19 608.72 kg/hm2; Shepody,2.40,7.32,32.79% and 13 170.30 kg/hm2,respectively.The ratio of potato string under the condition of drought stress in different growth stages was increased and the quality of potato was affected.The heavier effect on the potato quality of Jizhangshu No.8 with longer growth period was larger while the drought stress appeared in the period of tuber expansion,resulting in the ratio of potato string of 18.18%.For Shepody with short growth period,the ratio of potato string would be 34.38% while the drought stress appeared in its key growth period-flowering stage.Conclusion] The effect of the drought stress on the yield and quality of the different ecotypes of potato varieties was various and the greatest impact on the formation of tuber and the yield of potato could be produced while the drought stress appeared in seedling growth.The ratio of potato string would be increased while the varieties grew under drought stress and for Jizhangshu No.8,the greatest impact of drought was in the period of tuber expansion and for Shepody,in the flowering stage.The content of moisture in soil was too adequate to reduce the yield and quality of potato.
