| 摘 要： | 运用多元回归模型,选取牛肉价格、猪肉价格、城镇居民可支配收入、农村居民人均纯收入、羊肉产量和羊的单位生产成本为解释变量,分析其影响羊肉价格变动程度。研究结果表明:牛肉价格、农村居民人均纯收入和羊的单位生产成本对羊肉价格有显著的正向影响,而羊肉产量对羊肉的价格有显著的负影响。并据此提出了推动规模养殖,降低饲养成本;加大羊养殖的补助范围及力度,提高羊肉供给量;构建羊产业信息数据库,做好羊肉价格预测等建议。

| Abstract: | Choosing prices of beef and pork,urban disposable income,rural per capita net income, mutton production and unit production cost as explanatory variables,their impacts on mutton price change were analyzed using multiple regression model.The results showed that the beef price,rural per capita net in-come and unit production cost of mutton had significant positive influences on mutton price,and the mutton production had significant negative effects on mutton price.Some suggestions were put forward,such as pro-moting scale cultivation,reducing feeding cost,increasing the range and level of subsidy on sheep farming, improving mutton supply quantity,building the information database of sheep industry and completing mutton price forecast. |
