| 摘 要： | 薄壳山核桃是世界上著名的干果之一,作为一种营养保健食品越来越受到大众的喜爱。本文分析了美国薄壳山核桃的发展过程,1981年以来美国薄壳山核桃产量、价格、产值情况,以及当前美国薄壳山核桃的分布情况。同时分析了我国薄壳山核桃的引种和产业发展现状,指出了我国薄壳山核桃产业发展中亟需解决的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Pecan is one of the world famous nuts, as a kind of health food, is more and more popular. The development process of America pecan, America pecan production, price and output value since 1981, and distribution of the current USA pecan were ana- lyzed in this paper. At the same time, the introduction and industrial development situation of pecan in China were analyzed. Some urgent problems of china pecan industry development were summarized, and some suggestions were provided. |
