大兴安岭人工林有机质层释放溶解有机碳(DOC)动态特征

摘    要:溶解有机碳(DOC)是土壤碳库中最活跃的部分。研究人工林生长中有机质层释放DOC的动态,对阐述北方森林碳循环具有基础意义。以空间代替时间方法,在内蒙古大兴安岭根河林业局管辖范围内选取不同林龄人工林为研究对象,收集并测定了有机质层渗透水中DOC浓度,并分析了坡位和不同月份对于有机质层释放DOC的影响。结果表明:不同阶段人工林,有机质层释放DOC浓度呈增加的趋势,且每个样地仅与50年生落叶松人工林阶段DOC有显著差异(P<0.05);在6-9月,有机质层渗透水中DOC浓度随月份变化,整体呈降低趋势,并随着人工林生长,有机质层渗透水中DOC浓度最大值转向7月;在不同坡位中,中、下坡位DOC浓度高于上坡位。随着不同阶段的人工林及坡位和季节的变化,有机质层下DOC浓度发生了一定的变化。

Abstract:Dissolved organic carbon(DOC) is the most active part of soil carbon pool.Studying the dynamics of dissolved organic carbon(DOC) released from the organic stratum during the growth of plantation is of fundamental significance for understanding the carbon cycle of forests in northern China.Using the method of space instead of time,the concentration of DOC in osmotic water of organic matter layer was collected and measured by selecting plantations of different ages within the jurisdiction of Genhe Forestry Bureau of Greater Hinggan Mountains,Inner Mongolia.The effects of slope position and different months on DOC release from organic matter layer were analyzed.The results showed that DOC concentration increased with the succession of plantations,and there was significant difference between each plot and the stage of 50-year-old Larix gmelinii plantation(P<0.05).From June to September of a year,DOC concentration in organic stratum osmotic water changed with the month,and decreased as a whole.With the growth of plantation,the maximum DOC concentration in organic stratum osmotic water turned to July;at different slope positions,the DOC concentration in the middle and lower slope was higher than that in the upper slope.With forest succession,slope position and seasonal change,DOC concentration under the organic layer changed to a certain extent.
