摘    要:以当年生山定子(Malus baccata Borkh.)幼苗为试材,采用水培法,研究了50μmol·L^-1的Cd胁迫处理10d和20d对山定子幼苗生长、Cd积累及活性氧代谢的影响,以期为山定子耐Cd生理机制的研究提供参考。结果表明:Cd胁迫显著抑制了山定子幼苗的生长发育,且随胁迫时间的延长抑制作用加剧。山定子根系Cd含量、富集总量以及生物富集系数(BCF)均大于茎和叶片,表明Cd主要在根中积累。Cd胁迫明显提高了各组织超氧阴离子(O■)、过氧化氢(H2O2)、丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸、可溶性酚和抗坏血酸含量。

Effects of Cadmium on Growth,Cd Accumulation and Active Oxygen Metabolism of Malus baccata Borkh.Seedlings

Abstract:Taking annual(Malus baccata Borkh.) seedling as test material,hydroponic method was adopted to study the effects of 50 μmol·L^-1 Cd stress for 10 days and 20 days on the growth,Cd accumulation and active oxygen metabolism of seedling.The knowledge gained from this study provided a scientific basis for the study of physiological mechanism of Cd tolerance in M. baccata Borkh..The results showed that Cd stress significantly inhibited the growth and development of M. baccata Borkh.seedling,and the inhibitory effect was intensified with the prolongation of stress time.Cd concentration,total Cd and bio-concentration factor(BCF) in roots were all higher than those in stems and leaves,indicating that Cd was mainly accumulated in roots.Cd stress remarkably increased the contents of O■,H2O2,MDA,free proline,soluble phenolics and ascorbic acid.
