摘    要:木质纤维素是地球上最为丰富的可再生资源,能将木质纤维素降解为葡萄糖的木质纤维素酶是一个复合酶系,它在养殖、食品、酿酒、纺织、洗涤、能源、造纸等工业中具有广泛的应用价值,如能够显著提高粗饲料的消化率和利用率,提高食品原料细胞内含物的提取率,缩短酿酒发酵时间、提高出酒率,提高纺织品纤维质量,增强去污能力,促进乙醇燃料的开发,提高纸浆质量等。本文综述了木质纤维素酶在工业方面的应用,并对其发展前景进行展望。

Abstract:Lignocellulose is the most abundant renewable resources on the earth;lignocellulolytic enzymes are multienzyme and can degrade lignocellulose to glucose.Lignocellulolytic enzymes are widely used in breeding,food,brewing,spinning,washing,energy,paper industry,such as increasing the rate of digestion and utilization of coarse fodder,improving the extraction rate of food materials,shortening the fermentation time and increasing the liquor ratio,improving the quality of textile fibers,enhancing decontamination capability,promoting the development of ethanol fuel and improving the pulp quality.This paper reviewed the application of lignocellulolytic enzymes in industry and did some expectation about the development of lignocellulolytic enzymes.
