| Abstract: | The biosynthesis process of starch is regulated by a series of enzymes.Starch debranching enzyme is one kind of important regulatory enzyme.The research progresses on the characteristics,functions and expression and regulation of starch debranching enzyme gene isoamylase were summarized.And the research tendency was discussed. |
