气吸式割前摘脱装置的研究

摘    要:对气吸式割前摘脱装置的流场特性及影响落粒损失的因素进行了理论分析与试验研究。研究结果表明,该摘脱装置利用气流吸运原理,使落粒损失小,且简化了机构,为在行走装置前设置切割搂集机构创造了条件。

Abstract:In view of the higher loss of the stripper header developed by Klinner and its short of the room thereafter for setting the cutting and raking mechanism for harvesting the straw ,the patented configuration of the stripping rotor characterized with conveying the threshed materials by means of suction airflow, raising the bottom side of the conduit to the tangential of the rotor surface and setting a row of stagger positioned teeth on the front edge of the bottom side, aiming for decreasing the header loss was developed. The characteristics of the rotating airflow surrounding the rotor were analyzed. The result showed that the configuration is favorable for reducing grain loss and simplifying the structure of the stripper header and leaving enough space for setting the cutting and raking mechanism for harvesting straw. The results of single and multifactorial experiments showed that the effect of the horizontal to the teeth tip at the entrance and the vertical clearance of the hood nose relative to the rotor center are the most important to grain losses, rotational speed and forward velocity are less important. The developed regression models revealed the interaction between the parameters and threshing performance.
