哲罗鱼卵黄吸收方式与器官分化的观察

摘    要:采用光镜技术观察了哲罗鱼(Hucho taimen)仔鱼卵黄吸收方式及早期器官的形成与分化。结果表明:(1)哲罗鱼是通过血液循环及早期消化管吸收卵黄,大约60~70d完全吸收,吸收依照先卵黄球、后脂肪的顺序;(2)仔鱼消化管以单柱状细胞层的形势出现;肝以细胞团的形势出现,胰腺以单细胞,弥散形式出现。消化管、肝脏、胰脏、胆囊、鳔、眼和鳃发育和分化程度较高;一些腺体和肾脏发育和分化水平较低。本文还探讨了哲罗鱼卵黄吸收与器官发育完善程度的关系。

Abstract:Yolk absorption pattern, and organogenesis and differentiation were observed in different organs in early developmental stage of taimen Hucho taimen under light microscope. The results showed that the yolk was absorbed via blood circulation and early digestive tract, and exhausted within about 60-70 days beginning with yolk sphere, and then oil. The development and differentiation of the organs in the early stage were observed, the digestive tract occurring as a form of single columnar cell layer, liver being derived from the inner cell mass, and the pancreas appearing in a diffuse form of a single cell. Furthermore, the digestive tract, liver, pancreas, gall bladder, swim bladder, eyes and gills were developed and differentiated at a higher degree than the kidney and other glandular organs did. In this paper, the level of yolk absorption and organ development of the taimen through early change in yolk and organs were discussed in detail.
