产卵后罗氏沼虾脑神经节的显微镜和电子显微镜观察

摘    要:光镜观察结果表明:第一种类型的神经组织细胞体积较大,核圆,核仁明显。在H·E染色中,产卵后的这些细胞呈紫兰色,着色浅。产卵前的这些细胞呈红紫色。第二种类型的神经组织细胞体积较小,形态不规则,核大而圆,第三种类型的神经组织细胞,呈椭圆形,核大。电镜观察结果表明:第一种类型的神经组织细胞,电子的区域位于核仁附近,胞质中存在高尔基体,线粒体等细胞器结构以及含有大小不一的空泡。第二种类型的神经组织细胞,电子密度大的区域位于核边缘,在胞质中很少细胞器结构。第三种类型的神经组织细胞,电子密度大的区域占了核的大部份位置,核膜外具有片层结构。

Abstract:The microscopic investigation shows that the cell size in the first kind of the brain nerve cells was larger than the cell size in other kind. The nuclear was circular, the nucleolus was clear. The cells after oviposition stained blue and violet in the H. E solution, and the cells before oviposition stained ted and violet in the H. E solution. The cell size in tbe second kind of the brain nerve cells was smaller than the cell size in the first. The shape was unregular, the nuclear was large and circular. The cell shape in the third kind of the brain nerve cells was oval, and nuclear was large. The electron microscopic investigation shows that three kinds of the nerve cells. In the first kind of the nerve cells, the nucleolus was at the centre of the nuclei. It could be observed that organelles such as Golgi bodies and Mitochondria as well as many small vacuoles in the cytoplasm. In the second kind of the nerve cells, a lot of electro-dense granules occured in the border of the nuclei, there were fewer organelles in the cytoplasm than in the former. In the third kind of the nerve cells, a lot of electro-dense granules occurred in the most parts of the nuclei, the nerve cells contained the lamellae structure.
