| 摘 要： | 连续四年的试验结果表明,有机和无公害这两种生产模式在提高蔬菜Vc、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物含量,以及降低硝酸盐含量方面明显优于常规生产模式。随着种植年限的增加,无公害生产模式的蔬菜品质逐渐优于有机生产模式和常规生产模式,这可能与有机肥与无机肥混合施用有关。

| Abstract: | Four-year experiment results showed that the organic cultivation pattern and integrated cultivation pattern excelled the conventional cultivation pattern.Hence,the contents of Vc,total sugar,and dissoluble solid of vegetables were enhanced greatly and of the contents of nitrate was reduced significantly.In addition,the quality of vegetables in the integrated cultivation pattern was better than that in the organic cultivation pattern and conventional cultivation pattern. |
