| 摘 要： | 概述了水果分选机研究的目的及意义,介绍了各种水果分选机的分选原理、研究现状和计算机视觉技术在水果品质检测中的应用.同时,针对水果品质的各个检测指标,介绍了相应的检测方法,分析了当今研究中存在的问题,特别是检测速度和精度的问题,并提出了水果分选机的发展方向.

| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the purpose and meaning to research the fruit grader, introduces the sorting principle of the kinds of fruit grader and its researching actuality, especially the application of computer vision in fruit inspecting. At the same time, it introduces corresponding methods of fruit inspecting, aim at every inspecting index of fruit quality. And analyzes the existing problems of the technology, especially the problem of inspecting rate and precision, the researching direction is put forward. |
