摘    要:以Bt转基因水稻"克螟稻"为供体,与农艺性状优良的粳稻品种杂交,对杂交后代抗虫品种选育中GUS组织染色辅助选择、农艺性状选择对Bt基因纯合影响、混合选择与外源基因传递、及自然抗虫鉴定选择效果等方面作了研究,结果发现采用系谱法并结合GUS组织染色辅助选择的Bt转基因粳稻育种效果为最佳.经8代系谱选择,育成了3 个集高产和抗虫于一体的优良粳稻新品系.

Abstract:Using the Bt rice "KMD" as the insect-resistant donor, three transgenic Japonica rice lines with high yield and insect resistance were successfully developed from crosses between the Bt rice and Japonica rice variety after pedigree selections lasting eight generations through GUS tissue staining-aid-ed selection as well as laboratory and field insect-resistant evaluation. This fact indicates that the poor agronomic traits in the original transgenic rice plants can be improved through the conventional crossing breeding techniques. The effects of four kinds of breeding techniques, which involved screening the insect-resistant transgenic rice plants as revealed by GUS tissue staining, agronomic traits selection, bulk selection, field insect-resistance selection, were comparatively studied. The result showed that it is desirable to create insect-resistant Bt transgenic new Japonica rice via integral utilization of pedigree method and GUS tissue staining-aided selection.
