离心泵性能曲线驼峰判据的探讨

摘    要:通过对离心泵性能曲线形成的分析 ,指出了离心泵理论扬程曲线的斜率大小对泵的实际性能曲线有非常重要的影响 ,当此斜率的绝对值越大 ,实际性能曲线越稳定 ,当此斜率的绝对值逐渐变小 ,实际性能曲线将产生驼峰。由此提出了判定离心泵性能曲线是否有驼峰的判据 ,并且经试验进行了验证。

Abstract:This paper, based on analyzing the formation of centrifugal pump performance curve, pointed out that the slope of to the real centrifugal pump theoretical H-Q curve was very important to the real performance curve of a centrifugal pump. If the absolute value turns to very big, the real performance curve will be stable; on the contrary, if the absolute value turns to small gradually, the real performance curve will come into being hump, based on which the criterion for judging the existence of a hump on centrifugal pump performance curve can be obtained.
