| 摘 要： | 地处城市中心区的大医院面临日益突出的绿地用地与建设用地争地的矛盾。文章以四川大学华西医院绿地建设与管护为例，探讨如何把经营化管理的理念延伸到绿地建设之中，充分考虑降低绿地建设成本和今后养护成本的因素，力求最大化的发挥园林绿地的生态效益，为病患创造舒适、优美的治疗和康复环境。

| Abstract: | Large hospitals located in the city centre districts are facing growing green land use and land disputes and conflicts. How to integrate business management concept extending to green building, green space, take fully into account the lower construction costs and future maintenance costs, and strive to maximize the green ecological benefits were discussed to create a comfortable, pleasant treatment and rehabilitation of the environment for patients. |
