Fenton试剂处理缫丝废水中COD的研究

摘    要:用Fenton试剂法对缫丝厂的工业废水进行研究,分析了各因素影响程度及作用机理,得出了最佳的操作条件为:H2O2/COD 1.8,Fe2+浓度40 mmol/L,反应温度50℃,pH值3,反应时间90min,最终的去除率为67%左右。

Abstract:The influential extent of various factors in the treatment of the wastewater from a filature by Fenton's reagent was studied.At the same time,the mechanism of the affecting factors was analyzed.The optimal operational conditions were as following:H2O2/COD of 1.8, of 40 mmol/L,pH value of 3,reaction temperature of 50℃,reaction time of 90 minutes,and the final COD removal rate reached about 67%.
