| 摘 要： | 蓝靛果忍冬是一种野生天然无污染浆果资源,具有广阔的开发利用前景。文章介绍了蓝靛果忍冬在果实营养成分、药用价值和所含天然色素等方面的研究现状和成果,并就如何对其开发利用作了详细的阐述。

| Abstract: | Lonicera edulis Turcz is a kind of resource of natural and unpolluted berry, which has vast prospects for exploration. The article introduces present researched conditions and achievement of Lonicera edulis Turcz in nutritional ingredients, medicinal value, natural pigment and processing methods. |
