| 摘 要： | 根据笔者在咨询工作中的实践，结合林业建设项目特点，对环境影响评价的原则、评价程序、评价要点等技术方法进行初步探讨。特别指出：生态影响是林业建设项目的突出特点，也是环境影响评价的核心内容。并列举郑州黄河湿地评价案例，以供商榷。

| Abstract: | Based on the practice which is made in consulting by the author,and also mixing with the characteristics of forestry construction project, such technical methods as the principle, the process ,the main points while assessing are studied preliminarily. This essay especially points out that the ecological impact is the outstanding characteristics for forestry construction project,and is also the core contents of environmental impact assessment. Finally,the case of Zhengzhou Yellow River wetland assessment is enumerated for discussion. |
