| Abstract: | It is illustrated the effects of the intelligence structure in library and information department. Also, the composition factors of the intelligence structure and the problems of improving the intelligence structure should be paid attention to in the library and the information department are discussed from the five aspects, including constructing the reasonable age structure, possessing the balance of the knowledge structure, setting up the complete intelligence structure, being of complete professional structure and developing healthy psychological structure, and thus to provide the references for increasing the benefits of the library and information department and training the professional talents. |
