| 摘 要： | 通过生物信息学手段，收集整理玉米基因组数据库中产量相关性状的QTL信息，借助高密度玉米遗传连锁图谱IBM 2005 Neighbors和临近分子标记，建立了涵盖干物质和淀粉产量、籽粒相关性状、粒重相关性状以及穗部相关性状四大类共计18个指标的QTL通用图谱。并将位于QTL分布密集区域的基因，与水稻基因序列进行比对，找到了与水稻木质素合成有关的gh2具有高同源性的基因AY109876，同时改进了利用生物信息学手段筛选功能候选基因的路线图。
