Trace metals in two garden products derived from sewage sludge |

| Abstract: | Abstract Yields were decreased in soybean (Glycine max L. C.V. Hawkeye), mint (Mentha viridis L. ), and barley (Hordeum vulgare L. C.V. Atlas 57) when grown in 50% Yolo loam soil and 50% of either of two commercial garden sewage sludge products. The trace elements Zn, Cu, Mn, and B were elevated in plants grown with the high‐level amendments. No Cd and little Ni were detected in shoots. |
