| 摘 要： | 科学合理地配置检察权是检察改革的核心问题，是顺应党的十七大对司法工作指导精神的必然要求。当前，检察权的配置存在着一些问题，完善检察权的配置必须结合我国国情，积极借鉴人类司法文明的有益成果，坚持以建设公正高效权威的社会主义司法制度、保障在全社会实现公平和正义为目标，以解决制约司法公正和人民群众反映突出的问题为重点，以强化法律监督职能和加强对自身执法活动的监督制约为主线，确保中国特色社会主义检察制度永葆生机与活力。

| Abstract: | Scientific and rational allocation of prosecutorial power is the core issue of the procuratorial reform and is a necessary requirement for the implementation of the spirit guiding the administration of justice in the documents of the Party＇ s 17th Congress. At present, some problems exist in the allocation of procuratorial power, and in the efforts to improve its allocation we must integrate them with China＇s national conditions, actively learn from the useful results of human civilization, adhere to the socialist legal system aimed to build an effective and just authority, ensure that the goal of fairness and justice in the whole society will be realized, focus on the constraints of justice and the main complaints of the people, strengthen legal supervision functions and strengthen its supervision and control of law enforcement activities so as to ensure that the procuratorial system of socialism with Chinese characteristics can maintain its vigor and vitality. |
