小麦品种资源品质性状聚类分析

摘    要:本文利用系统聚类的类平均法,以出粉率、湿面筋、沉降值和粉质仪测定值为指标,对征集于北方冬麦区和国外的45个小麦品种(系)进行了聚类分析。结果表明,供试材料中多数属于中、高出粉率品种;高面筋含量品种占48.9%;而绝大多数品种属中、低沉降值类型。面团形成时间、稳定时间和评价值三性状的聚类结果表明,64.44%的品种属于弱筋力种质,而强筋力材料仅占4.44%。因此,加强优质种质引进、筛选和面包烘烤品质的改良,仍是我国近期小麦品质改良的重点任务之一。

Abstract:According to flour yield,wet gluten content,sedimentation value and the three of farinogram readings (DT,Stab. and VV),Cluster analyses were done of the 45 wheet varieties. or strains, collected form northern China wheat growing areas and foreign countries,by using the group average method of hierachical clustering. The results showed that most of the varieties belonged to the categories of intermediate or high flour yield,that 48.9 percent of the varieties were of high gluten,whereas most wheats were among the low or middle sedimentation classes. The clustering result according to the three farinogram characteristics indicated that the germplasm materials with weak gluten property accounted for as much as 64. 44% of the total number of the varieties,but only 4. 44% materials belonged to strong class. Therefore,it is still one of the main tasks to increase wheat accessions screen superior germplasm and strengthen the improvement of bread baking qualities in the country's future quality breeding programs.
