豆芽中11种植物生长调节剂的残留及风险监测评估

摘    要:通过调研安徽部分地区50家超市及农贸市场作为采集点采集228组豆芽样品,对豆芽中4-氯苯氧乙酸 、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)、吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸、、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、氯吡脲、多效唑、4-氟苯氧乙酸、噻苯隆、赤霉素 、异戊烯腺嘌呤 11 种 常用植物生长调节剂进行检测分析。结果表明,被抽查的228组豆芽中,74 组(占比 32.46%)样品中检出植物生长调节剂,53组样品中4-氯苯氧乙酸超出定量限。在检出的 6种常用植物生长调节剂中4-氯苯氧乙酸的检出率最高,达到26.75%;6-BA检出率为21.05%;吲哚乙酸和赤霉素 检出率均低于 20%。40.54%的样品中含有 1 种农药;52.70%的样品中检测含有 2 种农药;6.76%的样品中含有 3 种农药。综上所述,豆芽的4-氯苯氧乙酸检出率较高,23.25%的样品超标,存在一定地安全风险。

Residue and Risk Assessment of Eleven Plant Growth Regulators in Bean Sprouts
Abstract:We researched 228samples from part of 50 markets of Anhui Province, detected and analyzed 11 plant growth regulators(4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, indole-3-acetic acid, 3-indolebutyric acid, 6-benzylaminopurine, forchlorfenuron, paclobutrazol, 4-fluorophenoxyacetic acid, thidiazuron, gibberellic acid and N6-(delta-2-isopentenyl)-adenine )in bean sprouts. The results showed that 228 samples(32.46%)had detectable residues, 53 samples 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid exceeded the standard. In the 6 commonly used plant growth regulators, the detectable rate of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid was the highest, which was 26.75%; the detectable rate of 6-benzylaminopurine was 21.05%; the detectable rate of indole-3-acetic acid and gibberellic acid were both below 20%. 40.54% of samples had one residues, 52.70% of samples had two residues, 6.76% of samples had three residues. In conclusion,4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid in bean sprouts had a relatively high detectable rate. 23.25% of the samples exceeded the standard, and there was security risk.
