食用豆类作物五个种的核型研究

摘    要:作者对食用豆类的大云豆phaseolus multiflorus(P.coccineas),雪豆P.lunatus,红豆P.angulars(vigna angularis),绿豆P.aureus(v.radiate),食豆P.calcaratus(V.umbellate)等五个种的核型进行了研究。各个种的核型可简式为:大云豆2n=2x=22=14m+2m(sat)+4sm+2sm(sat);雪豆2n=2x=22=14m+4m(sat)+2sm+2st;红豆2n=2x=22=16m+2m(sat)+2sm+2sm(sat);绿豆2n=2x=22=16m+2m(sat)+2sm+2sm(sat);饭豆2n=2x=22=16m+4m(sat)+2sm。

Abstract:Karyotypes of the five species of legume Crop—Phaseolus multiflorus cp. coccineas), p. lunatus, p. angutaris (vulgaris angularis), p. aureus (v.radiata), p. calcratus (v. umbellata) were investigated. All of them have a diploid chromosome numbor of 22. Two pairs of chromosomes were recorded for each species. However, there was a variation among different species, in the chromosome morphology or the position of satellite. The idiograms were estabished on the basis of their karyotyotypes.
