贡氏红圆尾鲻人工繁殖实验研究

摘    要:实验观察了20℃、23℃、26℃、29℃和32℃等不同水温条件下鳝鱼的产卵情况,结果表明水温26℃条件下,鳝鱼的日均产卵量最大,受精率最高,26℃是鳝鱼产卵的最佳水温;实验设置了10种不同的雌雄鱼配组方式,结果发现16+1辛组、2艿+1早组、46+1早组的雌雄鱼配组方式雌鱼产卵量最大且受精率最高,是鳝鱼产卵的最佳配组方...

Abstract:The artificial propagation test was done under the different temperatures of 20℃, 23℃, 26 ℃, 29 ℃ and 32 ℃. The results showed that under the conditions of 26 ℃, the daily fecundity of Nothobranchius Guentheri was the largest, and the fertilization rate was the highest. 26℃ is the best temperature for Nothobranchius Guentheri reproduction. Ten mating patterns of broodstock were studied during the breeding, we found that when the mating patterns were 4 ♂ + 1♀, 2 ♂ + 1 ♀ and 1 ♂+ 1 ♀ , the daily fecundity were higher, and the fertilization rate were also higher. 4 ♂ + 1 ♀ , 2 ♂ + 1 ♀ and 1 ♂ + 1 ♀ were the best mating patterns for Nothobranchius Guentheri production; we also observed the spawning period of three batches of broodstock for 20 weeds under 25 ~26℃, it showed that duringl5 to 17 weeks, the daily fecundity of Nothobranchius Guentheri was the lar- gest, the daily fecundity was 20 to 30eggs/individual.
