| 摘 要： | 以10年生左右的丹桂树中上部当年生半木质化的枝条为插穗,开展植物生长调节剂种类、浓度、浸泡时间和扦插基质4个因素3个水平的扦插正交试验,结果表明:植物生长调节剂种类、浓度、浸泡时间和扦插基质4个因素对桂花扦插生根率的影响大小顺序依次为:植物生长调节剂种类>浸泡时间>浓度>扦插基质,对平均生根数的影响大小顺序依次为:植物生长调节剂种类>扦插基质>浸泡时间>浓度,对平均根长的影响大小顺序依次为:植物生长调节剂种类>扦插基质>浸泡时间>浓度。桂花扦插最佳处理组合为:NAA(萘乙酸)100 mg·L-1浸泡0.5 h、基质为珍珠岩2+泥炭土1,生根率达到85.2%,每支插穗平均根数达到9.3根,平均根长达到10.3 cm。
