| 摘 要： | 采用5种不同基质,对一串红嫩枝进行扦插,研究其对一串红扦插生根的影响。结果表明：不同基质其幼根形成期不同,珍珠岩最快;不同基质对生根数、根长、根粗等影响很大,珍珠岩和珍珠岩＋蛭石（1∶1）较好;根据根系活力、可溶性糖、叶绿素含量等生理指标,珍珠岩与珍珠岩＋蛭石（1∶1）较好。综合所有试验内容,珍珠岩与珍珠岩＋蛭石（1∶1）对一串红插穗生根较为有利。

| Abstract: | An experiment on Salvia splendens was done with five different kinds of substrates.So as to search the effect on the rooting of Salvia splendens.The result showed that:Different substrates have different effect on the young roots and other characters,the perlite was fastest.The number,the length,the weight of the roots have been test.Those showed that the perlite and the mixture of perlite and vermiculite were better than other substrates.According to the test of the root system vigor,the content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar etc,all these showed that the perlite and the mixture of perlite and vermiculite were better than other substrates in those characters.On the whole,the perlite and the mixture of perlite and vermiculite have an better effect on cuttage of the root in Salvia Splendens. |
