| 摘 要： | 我国的种子产业质量体系由于行业规范未能体现优质优价、缺乏合理的质量等级分级标准、定价机制不完善,导致种子行业在质量上竞底,而不在竞优。只有将利益、成本和价格有机结合起来,让价格成为质量的表达点,利用行业规范引导企业进行质量竞优,激发企业主动创优的动能,才是行业健康发展的关键。

| Abstract: | The seed industry in China is competing with the last instead of the best in quality because of the following reasons.Firstly,the seed industry quality system does not reflect the high quality and reasonable price on the industry standard.Secondly,it lacks reasonable quality classification standard.Thirdly,pricing mechanism is not perfect.The industry could gain healthy development only if the price can reflect the quality through integrating the benefit,cost and price well,if enterprises are guided to have quality competitions based on industry standard,and if enterprises are inspired to compete with the best actively. |
