| Abstract: | Papaya is a genuine Chinese medicine containing flavone,tannin,polysaccharide and other pharmacological ingredients with multiple efficacies.However,the exaction process of pharmacology component was not easy to master because its complex composition and unstable physicochemical property.The research progress of papaya active ingredient extraction process was summarized to provide reference for further research and application. |
