| 摘 要： | 农业科技成果转化的过程是成果的一个二次开发的过程,在这个过程中,知识产权的保护至关重要.针对中国目前农业科技成果转化中知识产权保护方面存在的问题,提出了要从增强保护意识,建立保护机制,加强配套性保护,完善相关法律和提高重视程度等方面来促使农业科技成果在转化中得到有效保护.

| Abstract: | The process of transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is the outcome of a secondary developmental process.In this process,the intellectual property protection is critical.According to the problems that existing in intellectual property protection in transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,the strategies,which promoting agricultural scientific and technological achievements could be protected during the process of transformation,were proposed as follows:enhancing awareness of protection,establishing mechanism of protection,strengthening its support protection,improving relevant laws and paying more attention to,etc. |
