| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了图书馆馆训的概念及意义,提出馆训是图书馆文化的一个重要方面,强调文化管理是当前图书馆管理的必然选择,提出高校图书馆应重视图书馆文化建设,更应重视文化氛围对人的教育、熏陶和塑造作用,并指出高校图书馆培育文化氛围的主要方法。

| Abstract: | This paper dealt with the concept and meanings of library mottos; put forward that library motto is an important aspect of library culture; emphasized that culture management is an inevitable choice of library management; presented that libraries of advanced institutions must attach importance to library culture establishment, especially to the function of personal education, edification and shape by the cultural atmosphere, and also pointed out that the main ways the libraries of advanced institutions must develop was their culture atmosphere. |
