无公害蔬菜与普通蔬菜品质分析

摘    要:分析了山西省清徐县蔬菜生产基地无公害蔬菜和普通蔬菜的品质和硝酸盐含量,结果表明:清徐县无公害蔬菜生产基地的蔬菜品质优于一般菜田的蔬菜,硝酸盐含量低于一般菜田蔬菜。并提出了提高蔬菜品质和降低蔬菜硝酸盐含量的有效措施和建议。

Abstract:In the paper,quality of environment-friendly and the ordinary vegetables and content of nitrate have been analysed in production base in Qingxu county,the result shows that the quality of the vegetables in the environment-friendly base in Qingxu county is superior to the vegetables in the ordinary field.The content of nitrate is lower that that in the vegetables of general field too.Effective measure and suggestion to improve vegetables quality and reduce the content of nitrate have been put forward.
