摘    要:‘大果黄花’梨系由黄花梨芽变选育的优良新品种。其特点为 :果大 ,平均单果重 364 .5g ;肉质酥脆 ,汁液多 ;节间短 ,花大 ,叶色深。

Abstract:AIM:To asses the presence and clinical significance of metallothionein, (MT) in primary invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. METHOD: 96 cases of routinely fixed and paraffin- embedded primary breast carci- nomas were investigated with the labelled avidin biotin immunohistochemieal method. RESULTS: The positive staining for MT observed was 52.1% (50/96). In most cases both nuclear and cytoplasmic staining was seen. A statistically association was found between MT positive staining and nuclear grade(P<0.01).MT positive cases had a significantly poorer prognosis when compared with the MT negative cases (P<0.01). CONCLUSION:These results indicated that overexpression of MT may be of some prognostic value for primary invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and is possibly a biomarker of more aggressive and proliferating carcinoma cells.
