摘    要:目的]为了测定并比较不同年限野生及种植的杏香兔耳风总黄酮的含量,为杏香兔耳风药材的栽培及采集提供科学依据。方法]通过仪器精密度、重复性、稳定性和加样回收率试验,分析紫外分光光度法测定杏香兔耳风中总黄酮含量的可行性;采用紫外分光光度法,对不同生长年限野生及种植杏香兔耳风中总黄酮的含量进行测定。结果]生长年限和种植方式对杏香兔耳风总黄酮含量有明显影响。人工种植杏香兔耳风的总黄酮含量较高,比野生杏香兔耳风高20% ̄50%。1年生种植杏香兔耳风总黄酮含量最高,达5.92%。结论]采用紫外分光光度法测定杏香兔耳风中总黄酮的含量,方法准确、快速,操作简便,重现性好,可作为控制杏香兔耳风药材质量的方法。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to determine and compare total flavonoid content in wild and planted Ainsliaea fragrans Champ.with different years to provide the scientific basis for the cultivation and collection of medicinal materials A.fragrans.Method] According to the experiments on apparatus precision,repeatability,stability and the recovery rate of added samples,the feasibility of using ultraviolet spectrophotometry method to determine the content of total flavonoid in A.fragrans was analyzed and the contents of total flavonoid in wild and planted A.fragrans with different years were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry method.Result] Planting years and patterns had obvious effects on the content of total flavonoid in A.fragrans.The content of total flavonoid in A.fragrans planted artificially was higher,increased by 20~50 % than that in wild A.fragrans.The content of total flavonoid in 1-year-old A.fragrans planted was highest,being 5.92 %.Conclusion] The ultraviolet spectrophotometry method used to determine the content of total flavonoid was a rapid and simple method with high accuracy and good repeatability which could be taken as a kind of quality control method for medicinal materials A.fragrans.
