摘    要:以转GFP国庆1号温州蜜柑愈伤组织为试验材料,研究了不同浓度NaCl处理对转GFP国庆1号温州蜜柑愈伤组织增殖量及愈伤组织可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、CAT活性的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度的增大,愈伤组织的增殖量、SOD活性、CAT治洼下降;可溶性蛋白含量和脯氨酸含量增加。

Abstract:This article used Citrus unshiu Marc. cv. Guoqing No.1 as test materials for researching how the different concentration treatments of NaC1 influenced proliferation capacity, soluble protein content, soluble saeeharides con- tent, proline content, SOD activity and CAT activity of Citrus unshiu Mare. ev. Guoqing No.1. The results showed that with the increase of NaC1 concentration, the proliferation,SOD activity and CAT activity decreased; but the sol- uble saeeharides content and the proline content increased.
