摘    要:目的]分析和研究不同Cd浓度处理对芦蒿生理代谢的影响。方法]以芦蒿(Artemisia seleirgensis)为试验材料,研究了不同浓度Cd处理对丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果]结果表明,Cd污染会导致芦蒿氧化胁迫,膜脂过氧化作用随着Cd处理浓度的增加而加剧;低浓度Cd(〈30μmol/L)胁迫下,芦蒿体内的保护酶系统SOD和POD的活性都呈上升的趋势,表现出一定的抗逆性,但是随着Cd浓度(≥50μmol/L)的增加,SOD活性开始下降,而POD活性仍然呈上升的趋势。结论]MDA和保护酶(SOD和POD)能灵敏地反映芦蒿受Cd污染的情况,为环境检测中评价芦蒿被Cd污染的程度提供理论依据。
