摘    要:利用具有不同抗病性的甘薯品种研究了接种疮痂病菌前后甘薯叶片氮代谢生理指标方面的变化.结果表明:感染疮痂病菌后,感病品种叶片中的核酸总量及RNA含量降低,核糖核酸酶(RNase)活性增强,游离氨基酸(FAA)总量增加,蛋白酶活性升高,而抗病品种则相反.另外,抗、感病品种叶片中的可溶性蛋白含量和硝酸还原酶(NR)活性都降低,且感病品种的变化幅度大于抗病品种.上述结果可作为鉴别品种抗性的生理指标.

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the physiological change of nitrogen metabolism in the leaves of sweet potato cultivars with different resistance to sweet potato scab before and after inoculation, which indicated the total nucleic acid and ribonucleic acid (RNA) content decreased, ribonuclease (RNase) activity increased, the free amino acid (FAA) content increased, proteinase activity increased in the leaves of susceptible sweet potato after infected with scab fungi, and the change of resistant sweet potato was contrary. In addition, the soluble protein content and the nitrate reductase (NR) activity decreased in the leaves of both resistant and susceptible sweet potato after infected with scab fungi. But the change range of susceptible sweet potato was more extensive than resistant one. These results could be used as physiological indexes to identify the resistance to scab fungi in sweet potato.
