The Main Problems and Countermeasures of Waters-saving Agriculture in Xinjiang |

| Abstract: | Based on review the main problems of water-saving agriculture and the analysis of the key reasons causing slow-moving of water conservation agriculture in Xinjiang,This paper points out that there is great potential on water-saving irrigation in agriculture.water conservation agriculture should be developed so that water use efficiency will be improved;a complete set of policies,including water price should be made so that advanced water-saving irrigation technique can be adopted spontaneously under the condition of market-oriented economy.The researches, development,application and dissemination of water-saving irrigation technique should be enhanced and the extending of water conservation irrlgation technique must be taken as a strtegic plan. |
