摘    要:在HAc-NaAc缓冲介质(pH值5.00)中,发现溶液中的铁(Ⅲ)能与茜素黄-罗丹明B反应生成稳定的络合物且使其内源性荧光明显猝灭。据此,建立铁(Ⅲ)-茜素黄-罗丹明B-吐温80体系荧光猝灭体系法测定铁的新方法。该体系的最大激发波长λex=365nm,最大发射波长λem=585nm,铁(Ⅲ)的浓度在1.20×10^-7~1.80×10^-5mol/L时与其荧光强度差值△F呈良好的线性关系。方法的检出限为8.02×10^-8mol/L,相对标准偏差为1.02%,回收率为97.64%~102.39%。采用该方法测定水和茶叶中的铁,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A fluorescent method for the determination of iron(Ⅲ) was developed based on the reaction in that iron (Ⅲ) formed a strong fluorescence complex with Alizarin yellow and Rhoda mine B in the medium of pH 5. 00 HAc-NaAc buffer solution. The experimental conditions influenced the fluorescence intensity were investigated and optimized. The maximum wavelength of excitation and emission were 365 nm and 585 nm respectively. The linear range was 1. 20 × 10 -7 -1. 80 × 10 -5 mol/L and the detection limit was 8. 02 × 10 -8 mol/L. The relative standard de-viation was 1. 02%. The recovery was 99% -104%. This method was applied to the determination of trace iron (Ⅲ) in water and tea samples with satisfactory results.
