| 摘 要： | 消费支出是拉动经济增长的重要因素之一，通过分析甘肃省农村消费支出与金融之间的关系，得出农村居民的消费是以食品消费、居住消费、交通通信消费及文教娱乐消费为主，衣着消费、家庭服务消费及医疗保健消费支出比重较低，并且农村金融的发展水平不高限制了农村居民的消费支出。

| Abstract: | According to the relevant policies and existing regulations which have been promulgated by China, the farmers whose lands are expropriated（landless farmers） should be entitled to a series of legal fights including the ownership of the agricultural land, the fight to live, the right to know and the fight to speak. However, due to the reasons such as the deficiencies in the existing system, the abuse of land expropriation fight by local government as well as the farmers＂ lack of protecting their own fights and so on, the farmers＂ legal rights and interests of land suffer tremendous losses. Therefore, three aspects including improving the compensation standards for land expropriation, properly arranging the landless farmers and reforming the procedure of land expropriation should be focused on in order to effectively safeguard the legal fights and interests of farmers whose lands are expropriated. |
