摘    要:在人工控制CO2浓度梯度条件下,研究了丁香叶片光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率对CO2浓度升高的响应。结果表明:CO2浓度升高对丁香的光合生理有明显的影响,当CO2浓度为当前浓度至加倍(360~720μmol﹒mol-1)范围内,各光合指标随CO2浓度增加而增大,继续升高CO2浓度则开始下降。在较强光照下,升高CO2浓度对丁香有"气肥"作用。丁香达光合能力值适宜的光合有效辐射强度为1000μmol﹒m-2s-1,CO2浓度为700μmol﹒mol-1。未来CO2浓度升高,不仅有利于丁香的光合作用,而且可提高丁香的水分利用效率。

Abstract:In order to study influence of CO2 enhance on photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Syringa oblata,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs) and transpiration rate(Tr) were measured.The result showed that with the increases of CO2 concentration,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were highly effected.When CO2 concentration was changed between 360-720μmol﹒mol-1,Pn,Gs and Tr kept same trend with CO2 concentration,but with the CO2 concentration keeping increasing,they began drop.Increasing CO2 concentration could enhance Pn on the condition of stronger PAR.The fitting PAR was 1000μmol﹒m-2s-1,CO2 concentration was 700μmol﹒mol-1.In the future,the elevation of CO2 would not only promote the photosynthesis,but also improve the water use efficiency.
