| 摘 要： | 我国人口众多,农业人口占70%,农民怕得病,看不起病的问题十分突出,为了使农民有病能够得到及时医治,遏止因病致贫、因病返贫现象,必须建立农村新型合作医疗体制,以提高农民的生活水平,建设社会主义新农村,确保社会稳定、和谐发展。

| Abstract: | China has a very large population,and 70 percent of Chinese people live in rural areas.It is the serious problem that Chinese farmers are afraid of falling ill and they can't afford the high expense on medical treatment.The paper expounds that China must establish the new-type cooperative medical-care system of rural areas so that farmers can be cured in time and prevent the phenomena that the high expense on medical treatment making them poor.And the new system will help to increase the living standard of Chinese farmers,build up the new rural areas of socialism and ensure the steady and harmonious development of the society. |
